Salary and travel allowance is good

Huge politics at top level management. Sales numbers pressure and toxic work culture is rampant. Academics team for NGS has the worst National Manager with poor work ethics and micro management mentality.

Food is good but it's doesn't suitable for my health , Cafeteria , Evening snacks .

Dislikes

Salary package is worst. Most of the fresher will take as an off role with 15k salary package, Another important one thing that they will provide 15k for all bsc /diploma/msc fresher candidate . Rest of the few freshers will be take as an on role with 18k salary. Cab is there for general shift only not all shift. Working hours is more than 9 hours ( exactly 12 hrs /10.30 hrs) and twice High pressure ,this is a reason why all are quit job within few days or few month after joining. politics there. team leader is worst , he didn't see everyone equally, partiality there. Mostly He will behaviour rude way. He will scold & blame if your not done task at target time. colleagues are good except 2 or 3.

Strategy changes every fortnight. Job security is nil in last 2 years after new leadership team. No real marketing team - MIS experience team working as marketing , only on relationship basis.
