Good company in terms of the pay and benefits, but at a heavy price.

All the rules and restrictions/punishment are imposed only on class 2 officers of the organisation. Targets are imposed only on development officers.

No job security at ADO/PDO post. Work life balance (what is it ?). Forget about help from colleague. If you are from sound and wealthy background just dive in.

The pay the corporation given is satisfactory. and you will get some complimentary over a period

They make you to do missell the products that you know it is not what they told you. And you will get so much pressure to meet the target which lies above your head so there is no work balanced life..And there is job threat if can't metup with the target.
