There is a heavy workload of getting policies and sales which is very tough to get popicies on dailg basis to achieve target.

important your Knowledge sharing & good communications. Good , constructive work culture in lic of india. I have enjoyed to do my job at lic of india. And Good environment for work . Every employee has cooperative in nature they were very helpful.

No dislike working at lic jobs. I am a enjoy this job. I am good experience . But most important points insurance advisor no salary commission based job. I like lic.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Unertaion income because very hard comptision sale insurance no any traning give by lic deparatment it mean leck of knoledge

Reguler income must but if you done lic than you have any bonus or income othersvise no money
