Nothing. Just one advice Never join this company. Pathetic Management.

*Pathetic Management *Salary gets delayed by 2-3 months *No PF deduction * The reason why company is not growing is that the employees are stealing money. * Vendor payment issues (local vendor comes and threads the employee) * No work life Balance *Employees cheats companies and steal companies money. * They ask you to do work which is not your responsibility and evaluate you on the basis of your job roles. * No reimbursement *They dont even provide Companies ID card to their employees * I got my offer letter after 1 month after reminding the HR again and again Overall worst experience with this company they hire with a motive to fire their employees, they dont even pay their intern.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
