Very terrible management about worst timing, worst holidays policy, site incharge will make sure that u need not get to know about companies leave policies, etc etc. Literally a dictatorship no way to talk about leaves and work timings in a democratic way. Total waste in Indian management. Especially EMT... One of worst person Gupta is leading that department. But, He already closed one big manufacturing plant (Liebherr concrete) due his poor leadership planning... HR also not following the employee resignation ratio and not following the EES properly.
