Overall my experience is great specially my Boss is he is a great boss ever I worked in industry also office colleagues are also very helpful and, supportive

The only thing I don't like was the salary part being a off roll employee salary was not getting on time also in 5 years only 2 time they give increment to off roll employees but the same time on roll employees got every year increment which was showing that only on roll employees are giving 100℅

Being in growing up and environment, unable to get satisfy on compensation, work culture, work life balance and cost modification at early stage

Cost modification at early stage, benefits to employees left, narrow policy and going deeper into discard motivation,

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive , company policies are good and they provide good salary and incentives.

...n started appliance segment in India as of its 5th appliance plant in the world. Working with like here is awesome as an employee compensation and benefits, work life balance is great. Teammates are so friendly and there no departmental politics. HR department is friendly with all employees and for any issue we can directly get in touch with HR department.

As such not found anything to dislike while working with Like here Appliances. As of ee talk about working politics, no organization will be free from politics.

Colleagues are good, they are very supportive. Best place to enhance the skill.

No proper systematic process is available, there is lot of politics and the management is very biased, they only favour to their own person and do not bother for others, salary structure is not good. No Role clarity, lack of discipline and focus, Lack of Ownership, Poor HR related process and discipline
