...nal life hell. As the company don't have any process, proper management and all. Often you will pay from your pocket bcoz the right approvals will not come as per the commitment of the senior management. There is neither proper system nor HR policy in this organisation. If you want to spoil your career by entering in this monopoly, uncultured then you may think of this organisation. If there would 0 for job security then I could have clicked on that.

I have very bad experience working in Lic Mf as a admin executive, I have faced mental harassment there, slow growth & insecure environment.

I have joined there as a off role payroll process via rand stand company and they didn’t settle my dues and also not provided my reliving letter too.

Work culture is good. Lots of things are there to learn and built personality. Working Location Prefrence gives better understanding about the area and gives many more ideas to enhance sales and busienss for orgsnisation.

Sometime managing multiple channels become challanging.

Fantastic company to work for.. Performers always gets appreciated & acknowledged..Moreover Management believes in giving autonomy/ independent space to perform & excel..LIC MF has given opportunity to so many young/ fresh professionals in MF domain & most of them have come out with flying colors..The company has created/prepared so many young talent for the industry.. Indeed great experience working for this company since last 7 Years..

As a lady I feel really safe working with the organization but when it comes to guidance or support the seniors are not that much supportive, job security is very poor as meeting target is not possible because of lower penetration and less tie ups. Funds are not that very good performing to attract client.

No training, no hand holding
