During covid 19 no one get salary or any compensation from LICHFL. No work no pay.

We think that LICHFL will help us to grow our future career, but we are wrong. All of we doing permanent job before joining LICHFL,now we think why should we leave that job.

Long working hours throughout year. unskilled and under qualified seniors. No training. No hr policies. they don't have hr wing except for head office. Biases like any other psu culture. Transfers are at mercy of management

Secured job. Good work culture. Pressuring the employees every day. Not good company for chartered accountants. Compensation & benefits good. Covid lockdown time given work from home facility.

No proper execution regarding how to utilise employee knowledge resources

It is a company that provides good compensation for the work we do. However promotion structure at officer cadres are rigid and long office hours are the norm. Overall if one is willing to compromise a bit on work life balance , it is good company to work for.
