Working experience good but groth power is average. Basic salary very low othrwise company owners very good person & staff friendly

Basic salary in very low. When PF and ESI are deducted, one has to speak many times and gets a confirmation letter in 1 to 2 years or it may be that one does not get it at all and has to fight for one's rights.

...er type Business. No HR policy followed, every thing is depends upon on owner. Salary not on time, TADA not on time, but when salary & tada comes god knows. If you want to spoil your carrier then join this type of lala oweners firm. This type of company should be banned from our country.

There is a lot of politics and the management system very bad & poor. Career growth is slow. If any body left the job,company will not give full and final payments. Matlab company paise maar leti hai.
