No respect for your work, only HOD is the powerful person here who can stop your salary at any point in time without even informing you. HR staff is of no help at all, and they shout at you when you try to talk. It is a glorified dukaan. It’s a minimum wage job, you will get wage slips instead of salary slips.

Employees are good in head office, corporate office environment is really bad, no one can stay

Wordings are used by head is very dirty and not respect to employees, at the time of promotion not said clear cut things, and put unwanted pressure, no employee stay for long time, only illustrated person are stayed
