Suggestion- A bit of work appreciation and some rejig in salary structure will boost confidence and will motivate a lot of employees.

I get to learn so much from my Reporting Manager that words will fall short to describe how grateful I am to having met her here. This is a place where you will get to learn alot. So if you are into growth and self development this company will take you to the next level.

Dislikes

1. Little to no consideration for working after duty hours. 2. Appreciation for efforts, rewarding for successful completion of tasks needs a lot of improvement. 3. Biased rules.

The rules regarding physical health of an employee should not be completely removed. The company should focus more on providing adequate health benefits to the employee.

New skill learning. Accommodation provided by company. From guest house to plant travelling provided by company.

Dislikes

Increment too less. Working culture in angul is not soo good After working 3-4 months will get frustrated by office employees of liasotech.
