Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Very bad experience, during COVID-19, pandemic situation company deduction of salary and in June month directly terminate to me by giving fake performance reason. After getting 36 lacs business in seven months from Pune regions. From January 2020 to June 2020 petrol allowance and convenience are pending.

...n COVID - 19 lots of regional ASM is terminated without following notice period. Salary deduction and not refund after termination. Not provide reliving letter and form number 16 to fillup ITR 2020.

...ng loopholes for minimizing the bonus and benefits, instead of couraging to him. They will not produced anything clarity on offer letter whatever they will produced in joining letter, means notice period, salary deduction rules etc. In case of salary deduction, they will give only basic salary against your PL leaves and they will deducted as per your complete months salary if some one is not completed his notice period . Then they hold your salary, reimbursement and others for almost 4 to 5 months in name of F&F process after taking number follup by phone calls ,e-mails , WhatsApp. They are only dealer Company in India,

The only positive thing here is , they conduct a lot of training sessions and you can work from home

The writing space wont be enough for the disliking list. Still few main points Will add 1. Salaries and reimbursement are not on time 2. Unnecessary , unproductive things to do 3. Even for a single mail they can hold your full and final settlement 4. No job security 5. Unsatisfied customers 6. Bad rappo in market 7. Owner centric combany/ bad boss/ bad higher management 8. No freedom of speech 9. Bad Politics in company 10. Rules changes every time according to owner
