Good appraisals, good management. The management will give importance to the employee and compensation and benefit policies are excellent. No bossism no harassment, good job assignment. One should feel very great of working in LG Polymers India, it is a dream job for everyone. Employee culture need to be improved, if that is developed we can give 100% score and nobody can point.
