managers are continuously under pressure and expect to work 24X7, they even dont understand you human ,even if you are sick they will shout like any thing

Very stressful job, Everything is on target base, Salary growth is low than expectations, other wise no salary delay on 3 years, Bosses are good, Even reporting on Whatss app and SMS continues till late night and even on Holidays !

Excess targets are headache, even in service deptmnt.

Good salary. Great benefits like free lunch snacks, etc. Good buses for transport. Saturday off.

Very far from the city. No learning. Monotonous work. No creativity allowed in work. A lot of meaningless reporting.

I does not like , after I complete 5+year , I have shifted to my native , I didnot get the job in lg , my native is Agartala, near by branch is Guwahati, they can gv any job also there, but no one helping, so many sales in Agartala branch.

Work life balance is really hard to maintain.In Every situation seniors investors office at 8:30am and then we have to go to work which goes to 9:pm. Talking sense like it's not a brand LG but a local company which has no reputation.
