Nothing . Even on sundays the higher authority takes the video call for degrowth and all . every member of higher authority of branch is spoiling the sunday and family time.

For promoters they are paying high salary and for Team leaders they are paying less then a promoter .on an average 20 to 30 there is a difference

Good salary. Great benefits like free lunch snacks, etc. Good buses for transport. Saturday off.

Dislikes

Very far from the city. No learning. Monotonous work. No creativity allowed in work. A lot of meaningless reporting.

I does not like , after I complete 5+year , I have shifted to my native , I didnot get the job in lg , my native is Agartala, near by branch is Guwahati, they can gv any job also there, but no one helping, so many sales in Agartala branch.

they pay you really well , even travel policies are excellent

managers are continuously under pressure and expect to work 24X7, they even dont understand you human ,even if you are sick they will shout like any thing

Work life balance is zero, personal life is no more. U will be burdened with over work, ppl won't support and when u leave they wont relieve u. Overall not a good company to work.
