LGB have many branches at various places but all have very poor management system. But have many OEM parts orders. It's useful for improve our knowledge

Not only trainee including on roll staff's salary was very poor. (ex. 5yrs experience onroll staff take-home salary 15k only)

Good work and speceful environment and culture.company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and good salary hike and bouus every year. Management support and motivated for skills development program arrange all staffs.

Management should not take action for new job training in new joinees

Not support covid-19 . regular salery will be reduced 100% to 50 but working days will same .and shift timings also increased 8hrs to 10hrs .And it amount also less normal days to vivid days .
