LFC established decade before and Top Management hair transformed to grey color with consulting experience but they are incapable to take strategic decisions to avoid financial crysis and then firing employees. - Join here If you want to suicide and Spoil your career. - No Job Security - No Life even Sunday and Holidays Project Leader will force you to work else he will throw you out from the job. Some idiot and immature Project Leaders are there who don't know even how to behave with their team mates and clients.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
