Politics within small team , no skill development. No Product available to sell. Focus changes time to time from top management one time on collection, gp, volumes , revenues as situation arises Operational connect is limited on ownership and support to sales. They look at impressing 1 boss and do his job only

...is really a very good company to work with.They supported a lot during covid-19. There was no layoff in this time, even not deducted any salary.

There is very good environment to work with. Different types of training are normally conducted by the HR.

Management is but good but there is some local politics. If you don't know hindi or local language then its not a good place for you. Personally i was facing issue while changing shift. There is no rotational shift for me. And you should face some partiality about your position.

My self Ranjit Bhaskar Kashiwale and l am 1 year experience in LF Logistics as a Driver this is very nice company and this company employee is another company's best employee and manager .
