...less claims. Not like other competitive organization. No proper increment cycle. Variable pay deduction is more. Designation not as per industrial standards.

You get to work on new technologies and build amazing products. Also, the work culture is amazing.

Not many disadvantages, one thing to point out is they need to provide more learning platform access like Udemy or LinkedIn learning.

I like the management is forced me to leave the job however they forced me to get a new opportunity. Thanks for the management HR

My manager Shamelessly ask me cut in my credit. We work here for giving 100% that is such scenario is that it’s pathetic environment work with such pathetic manager.

Need to improvement all these criteria. Basically it's a good for all those new/freshers who are not aquantainted with professional culture.

No individual devlopment,No culture oriented,no HR regulations only Managers decide whether they like the people or not

Good people managers they listen to every of your concers and answer them the soonest Technology is great they have almost all technologies with them. Work culture is good with constructive mindset among peers

Almost all projects are US based so you have to work evening hours. they allow to flexi work to tackle that
