The CEO is a terrible person. He is not a businessman. He has the mentality of a shopkeeper. Recently, he refused to provide maternity benefits to 2 employees and has decided to stop hiring married women candidates.

The clientele is good. You get to work with big names. The people I worked with were awesome and I got to learn a lot from them. Compared to other startups, it had somewhat good culture. 5-days work.

Dislikes

A lot of micromanagement was there initially. A lot of productivity tracking caused burnout and eventual brain drains. No perks and facilities except salaries. There was No PF, no health insurance, no bonuses. Probably a good workplace for freshers but not for people who are looking to have stability in their career and life.

LexiConn gives you immense opportunity to learn new skills. The employees are mostly younger in mid 20s and 30s. Khamir, the director, is an enthusiastic person, who is open to new ideas and discussions. If you complete your daily work on time, ur work love balance is good too.
