The benefits they offered were alright.

Dislikes

There were some major communication issues. Each department blamed the other when somethings went wrong. It made the work ambiance hostile, stressful, and toxic. I recommend avoiding this place if you want things to run smoothly. -The leadership's attitude about training and inter-departmental communication was terrible.

They were open to the ideas from from the teachers.

Dislikes

The overall experience of working in this school was Average. They ask us to sign a Bond for the whole year which is against the labour law in India,the pay scale is poor, they credit More amount than your salary in your account and ask for a cheque of the extra amount they have credited(sounded fishy)teachers are made to wait after School, no professionalism, they say 2 Saturday's off but none is given. Thank you.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
