Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Lexicon MILE is one of the worst place to work with .It has high level of insecure work environment with no guarantee whether you will be with organization irrespective of your performance or not. Work culture is bad Not driven by performance …merely driven by sycophant's who only wants to hear "YES BOSS" with no respect for the faculties. You are judged by the brand of clothes you dress up. No value system.

Dislikes

No job security, Cultureless, High level of politics and drama. Career growth only for those who butter. Nine hours of working tooo long for educational institute. Located in remote location of Pune ..if transport facility provided but then no guarantee at what time it can be scrapped off.
