I love the fact that i am a part of a team that production reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.i also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,i have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night . Management do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Likes

Better salary compared to competitors. Additional amenities such as refreshments. Direct Interaction with the top level hierarchy. Great Infrastructure and great exposure to corporate culture.

Work-Life balance was an issue.

Owner is theif, doesn't even pay salaries. Also abuses whenever he wants. No HR, no culture, forget any career advancement. Joined only since it was FMCG soon realised made mistake

Manager HR almost for 2 years I got a good exposure over here of various departments accordingly to my interest of learning, my skills were enhance in all means team is super supportive the Direction Sir and the management Team them self motivate you and support you with all the required available resources. Iam really blessed to have such a stunning experience and exposure by working with all the experts Thank ful to the team to share this wonderful journey with me . Thank you
