Dislikes

... workers. Make them work for 12 hrs. In shoe unit the work is from 0900 to 1800. However the salary is meagre. False documentation for salary and PF etc is made to bypass the auditors of foreign buyers. Total exploitation due to great poverty in town.

Job is reasonably secure, better than almost all in the industry. Promoter is a thorough gentleman, well read and well spoken. Unfortunately due to Covid they have taken a hit in business. However, a good place to work in.
