Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Nothing is good in this Company, the management is very terrifying and some managers and main boss behaving like we are their personal servant. If any small mistake found from your side, believe me that you will be fired out of company ( they loved their products more then people Life ) No fix timing of doing job , if you work for company ( thinking good about company) managers and boss under valued yourself. They are using third class raw materials and manufacturing fail material . Overall they have to sell API's at lower value because of material it have bad quality - Remember we all are taking medicines which contains their API's.

Dislikes

No health insurance. No canteen facilities. Only 4 PH in a year. No overtime and company out time not fixed. Management is not perfect desition.

Only marathi staff No value of Gujarat's person Only value off marathi person No mediclam no canteen No GMP API is full off mixing. Dispatch only fail products. Not good for health Working area is very poor.. Dangerous for health. Full of politics Many more bad things.

Never work in lewens lab lots of sparsality in this company so I have personally sajeseted not work in this company he was given very high rise you but working stile was very bed

Not learn as such only by passing the system, every results first discussed with MD before writing in LNB limits of job

No creativity environment, management doesn’t want to implement GMP Verse culture Immediately rusticated by management no job security Paid holidays not given only two per year Leave also not available only 15 per year Original document taken Very high leaving rate Maharstra politics of high level Nobody can grow their Wrong decisions to chose company like Lewens Working hrs everyday not less than 12hrs No health insurance No overtime Very bad employee transportation Remote location Not getting quality food from outside, company not providing any food No seating arrangement for scientific people
