Great place for freshers to get their first taste of the industry, compensation is better than other companies hiring freshers for core engineering development.

Dislikes

The work loaction is about 1 hr from the city, it lacks a comfortable environment as there is no air conditioning or a canteen. While the work tends to be pretty laid back most of the time, there have been days whr we have worked late into the night.

It was really good experience, and you can get exposure of every field down to the product line. Real work of Design Engineer you can experience there, management staff is very supportive and push you to overcome your limits.
