Likes

The company is a deep tech startup, and hence, learning opportunities are immense. Teams here are quite driven and do their best, so they're great to work with. The founders are very hands-on so that fosters quite a bit of a learning and growth.

Dislikes

The company could use a little bit more manpower and since it's a startup sometimes the work pressure could feel like a lot .

Nothing to like. Worst company ever

1. No work-life balance you have to work on Sundays. They ask on Saturday to come the next day so you can't even plan on Sunday. 2. No shift timings, have to strictly follow 10+ hrs working rule and have to work after that also. I saw people working more than 16 hrs on some days. 3. No appreciation for your work. Even get threats of firing now and then.

Dislikes

Nothing is planned here, no professionalism and no work-life balance. All 6 days work and they even call on Sundays. People here including the seniors also don't have much experience. Not a good place to learn and grow.
