Salary's and trusting employees is good. (If I got rejoining call I will ready for in any time).

Company without intimation termination to employees so many employees are suffering with families all the good employees are terminated because of politics with all the old employees for new employees after management change.

There are many things i dislikes 1 - Delays in salary 2 - discrimination in employees 3 - Employees works not on thier work basis they works on favoritism basis.

...admap. Not trying to satisfy the user needs. No recognizing the proper talent. no hike. no promotion. fake reports to claim funding with clients. No proper process for the product.

On-time salary, and Company is with us even though we are off-roll at the time of COVID.

Dislikes

The Variables like petrol allowance is still pending for (2 months) to approve and dispatch even after crossed 90 days of resignation date. I think it is the fault of Employees hr or reporting manager not the company.
