Job timings is perfect here, no late night works. On-time salary and career growth is very good, they give independent work for everyone, so it's more easy for growing. work and life balance is very good, weekly 2 days off, so i worked only 5 days a week.

Better to avoid this company. Salary payment not regular and not full. When ask due will get terminated with letter stating dues will be paid after 180 days plus. Falls promises. If you don't want salary or don;t need salary can join. Waste of time working at Letosys.
