Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The new management especially Thabang Mohapi MRM Manager has been the weakest link. He has destroyed the good name of letseng. All good hard working professionals left or dismissed due to his incompetence and he is still destroying the company. He is a back biter. The numbers of professionals who left because of him speak volumes. He manipulates management. Top guy has been removed because of Thabang. He is destroying the mine.

Dislikes

Thabang Mohapi is the problem for everyone working at letseng. If a survey could be conducted within his closest group he will fail it.
