Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Due to too much workload u get to learn many things

Pay is less, Too much of workload, Many dont understand how much of work u have and the time it takes, Too many task to perform, system is slow, no good washroom, no canteen, simply no office environment and entertainment, few old people are rude and dont understand way of work
