Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

I did not like anything about the company they work unethical and no intern doing this internship should work here. Its a fraud

Dislikes

The stipend that they promise to pay is all a lie they pay very much low stipend as promised of 10k but gave only 930 just disappointed. I will not recommend anyone to join here

...i they literally have 3rd grade English proficiency and are very unprofessional. He promised me to pay atleast for the hirings I've made but is nowhere to be found now, Terrible work ethics.

This internship has been a turning point in my career as well as my personal life. The plus point was it is work from home and has flexible hours. Also love the work culture here. Everyone here is so friendly and yet welcoming, never felt insecure. Grateful that I got this opportunity.

Company atleast gives you the stipend, incentive and certificate it doesn't scams you like others and also don't make you work for free. It is a good place to gain some experience of corporate work. Preferred for freshers only.

Company culture - Good

The pay is very minimal according to the work given. Some sales work is also given and their is no digital marketing. Not for the people who want to gain core experience or skills for HR or Digital Marketing. They say that it's a part time work but it takes whole day sometimes.
