Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

More focused about what they do. Health focus organisation. Technically sound. Good engagement with Govt. Departments. Excellent place for newly qualified candidates. Good in community mobilisation.

Dislikes

They pay very less as per the current industry standards.

I don't think so dislike about working at LEPRA society. Everything is perfect.

LEPRA Society is Non Governmental Organisation that promotion quality Health Care, Initiates fosters new developments. the society aims to to support national Health Programmes in the Prevention and Control diseases such as Leprosy, Lymphatic Filariasis and other Neglected diseases. the society focus Health promotional activities in the community that are marginalised or Poor especial Women and Children. young people and migrant affected by the above mentioned diseases and tries to bring about to positive changes in their life style. LEPRA society also dong WASH Promotional activities among the Poor, marginalised community and Person with Leprosy, Filariasis and their family members

Dislikes

LEPRA Society is decent NGO but growth is slow, some times the work pressure was high , there is no on job training.
