M the ex employee of that perperty. Property is good because it is out of city in open area a very big resort with full of activities.. Staff and managers are also good and helpful..

Dislikes

One very big impact is that is a single property where only owner is ruling.. Salary comes very late.. No other benefit of getting money.. Staff food quality is also not upto the mark which other state's people will enjoy and high money deducted for having food might you will not gave still money will get deducted. Less care of staff by management side.. No other compensation given by management.. Monthly only 4 offs where other brands are giving 6 offs and lots of benefits.. No training to be given to staffs by HR side as management is not interested about it.

It's a big property so I learn so many things. In covid-19 Leonia never give our salary and HR is a worst in leonia cuz they are not take care staff. When u argue them they say please leave our organization & never give our work paid also.

Dislikes

1. They can't manage staff. 2. He don't have any Hospitality decipline. 3. They are talking like some road chap mawali. 4. He never support Hindi language like they are grow in Pakistan. Cuz all time he talk in telgu. 5. And I really not like Leonia organization in organization you learn many things but not support of HR team.

Likes

The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am a part of team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 Hours straight in a day. Senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

According to me, overall it was a great experience to work with this Company, a friendly staff, senior and helpful to each other no matter what the situations.It is the Great Place to work.

I like overall Work Culture of Leonia, Training and development program , Employees Engagement, the way HR handles Employees Grievances. Not much work pressure and Gives opportunity to grow and work independently.
