LEONI INDIA is going through severe cash crunch such that they have to pay cut for managers and above. also for potential candidates who are seeking job, kindly go through latest news regarding LEONI INDIA in acquisition stage. All the present employees are severely dissatisfied and searching jobs. so analyse the risk, try to connect with present and ex employees and then only proceed. Above all, management is clueless about market and busy in politics. HR has no work to do but poke his nose in individuals. HR in particular is horrible.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow and the salary structure ia not good according to experiance

One of the best Manufacturing set up in INDIA for control Cables and E-Beamed Transport and Solar cables. I got to learn new things and business process and new dimensions of ERP for PSCM function. Supportive Management, open door culture, and 5 days week.

Dislikes

Very poor clarity of Sales, Manufacturing Plan and no clear accountability for that. Big Vision but very slow and leisure steps to achieve same. By Name its MNC however no such feel as very less guidance from German board. Team work culture is no there.

Working culture is good, flexibility in working environment, employees can put their thoughts to management. Employees get chance of growth. Whenever their is any opening internal employees are given first preference of growth no mater what is his profile, company is ready to give all type of training to that employee who want to explore him/herself. Every work is appreciated. Management know each and every person personally.
