In the beginning of employment, they have WFH 3 days a week, but Things started to change shortly after the new batch joined.

Dislikes

1. Now they reduced WFH to 3 Days a month just for the freshers, rest of the seniors can take as many WFH they want. 2. Micro management of employess, mainly freshers. 3. No work freedom, stick to the plan or you will be kicked out. 4. The senior employees are too toxic to work with, instead of helping the juniors , they usually shouts or being abusive some times.

Likes

A good place to learn for freshers initially but not for more than a year or 2 from personal experience.

Dislikes

Appraisals are frequently skipped and are very poor. Working exceptionally well feels like average and a normal performance feels like very poor here. They are way too critical and don't reward properly. Work-Life Balance is poor and many times many people work on the weekends or overtime to push never ending always fast new requirements and the pay just doesn't justify that too.

Likes

A pretty good product startup. Decent wlb with up-to-date tech stack. Overall work is good and colleagues are supportive. Growth opportunities are limited though.

Monotonic work and limited growth opportunities.

I have been working with Leoforce for almost 3 years now and it have been a great experience for me. Hiring people for their attitude is one of the core elements and proven excellence of good work culture. It has given me ability to learn and grow personally and professionally. Hire great people and give them the freedom to be awesome.. I am proud to say I am an Leoforce employee.

Dislikes

I really did not find anything as such which I can name as dislike as a company it values each and every individual.
