Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and company policies are good, but if I'm talking about salary so I'm not satisfied..

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary, open and informal workspace, flat reporting structure, innovative working methods, work philosophy, training.

Dislikes

Ambiguity of role, petty power struggles and lack of guidance from seniors due to flat reporting structure, not enough recognition of real effort and talent, innovations introduced in work proccess without proper thinking leading to chaos and confusion.

its a Award centric agency.

lot of politics, few brands are really good, some are not. they put lot of pressure on agency, hence employees get roasted. ( due to lack of management or planning, lack of attention from seniors.)

Absolutely nothing. I didn't even feel like going to work.

Almost everything. The term work life balance is non existent here. Almost everyone is pulling all nighters every night. it's physically and mentally exhausting. There is no mental peace working here. They even make you work on weekends without any extra pay

The work culture is pathetic & toxic. Joined with high hopes but the kind of pressure and abuses one has to go through is not worth it. Don't be surprised if your boss abuses you in front of the entire office and then expects you to work at anytime, anywhere. That's just LB for you!!
