...y open minded and helpful. Lenze is a people's company and they value people! The compensation and benefits are best among the industry with an open minded work environment to learn, develop skills, grow and deliver products! The parent company is 74+ years old. The Lenze SDC in India was started in 2008 and Lenze Mechatronics Pvt Ltd was started in India in 2005.

Lenze Mechatronics Training support is good, no support although during covid lockdown

Dislikes

Company is run by one man and favouritism towards Bengalis are more which is harmful for the company’s working atmosphere barring that company can do many things if they remove that religion minded approach.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
