Most of the software engineer manager here have no technical knowledge about anything but they will ensure everything to make your life hell. Vinod: the guy has no technical knowledge. He is the perfect example of a stupid man who appreciates the complexity. The guy is complete clueless when it comes to software development. He will demean you in meetings. The guy is Narayan Murthy of Lenze. He believes you should work after you reach home and on weekends too. He can call you even after 10PM. I shouldn't say this but the guy looks like Paresh rawal with teeth out from Malamaal Weekly. Dipti: She will behave good with you unless anything comes on her. She will shift entire blame on you. She thinks required estimates given for requirement is too much , she thinks everyone is lazy as her. Prafulla: probably the only good manager with technical knowledge in Lenze, down to earth person, didn't get to work with him but every colleague appreciates him. But guess what stupid management won't give him any responsibility because he can't complain of other employees to management like above two managers so management thinks it is his drawback. Management: Worst management I have ever seen in my life, I have worked in so many companies but this is another level. They all of sudden decided will should come office 4 day in office in a week and shamelessly claim that they are hybrid company. The company don't have their HR department. Summary: It's an L Organisation. Don't join Lenze. You will gain 0 technical skills working here. All you have to do is add parameters in 50 years old application EASY Starter or fix bugs all your life. When you go home Vinod will force you to work after your shift. I was lucky to escape this organisation. No wonders employees are resigning so frequently in this organisation because of all the toxic culture.

Nothing much to like, but surely stress will widen your social circle by including weekly visit to a therapist.

I was among the first few developers recruited for SDC , I had a decent offer from other company through campus placement yet I choose Lenze because they offered me 50 K more which was my biggest regret. Tech stack is of soviet era , so the market values of skills they you will learn here is close to zero. Managers are pretty arrogant and rude who derive sadistic pleasure from your sufferings , this is true for both the lead managers of development team . I was assigned to Vinod . He constantly ridiculed me and called me stupid at least 3 times in a day. They not only micro-manage your work hours but also after hours . On some days his call extended upto 12.30 am. Even after late- night calls they expected you to be present early in the morning. I tried offsetting this stress through cigarettes and alcohol and now I am addicted to them. . Not only in my team I heard testing team had far more worse experiences. I myself saw some colleagues crying after scolding from their managers. The culture here is of backstabbing with zero trust among colleagues. Recently they promoted an arschlecken(see German to English translation for context) and an experienced team lead was shunted , just because he spoke against manager. My advice if you want sanity , growth and skills stay far away . Life is precious

Company is run by one man and favouritism towards Bengalis are more which is harmful for the company’s working atmosphere barring that company can do many things if they remove that religion minded approach.
