Lenskart is a nightmare for optometrists! They make you clean the store, push you to sell like a salesperson, and torture you over eye test and sales targets. There’s ZERO respect for optoms you’re just another tool for their profits. Short on staff? Too bad, you’ll be sent to random stores anytime. They hire optometrists who don’t even know how to do an eye test, just to fill vacancies. They will make you work for more than 10 hrs without extra pay.They will force you to do more than 10 hours shift just to clean the store.The "happy employees" you see online? FAKE. No one stays for long because the work environment is toxic. If you have self-respect, DO NOT join Lenskart!

Bhumika Thakkar HRBP You took a lot of time to release my salary with certificate and in that also you are showing zero days notice period whereas we have done a full 1 month notice period survey this is very pathetic culture and this is completely wrong activity. Dear Team, I have already given notice period as per company Policy and systematic way. But I don't understand why FNF settlement 0 days notice period mention. Don't quote wrongly, Plz kindly do the needful. I'll attach all supporting data available at the time of resignation lenskart.com I'm looking for your support on this FNF settlement plz rectify data & reissue revised FNF settelment.

Constant manpower suffeling Cleaning done by staff When customer is not on the store, staff can't sit & don't use mobile Duty xtra hours Incentive policy is not good thats why 90% staff get 500 to 1k incentive

The insurance policy and way team responsible is not proper salary equity is not properly designed. Optometrist is not in Lenskart here's everyone is salesman. Optometrist has no respect, salesman has much more opportunities...

Salary is always on time. Training part is very good except they call for training and ask for expenses for staying in delhi which is really tough for freshers.

1. 9 hours standing job irrespective of post, too much work pressure given from high end. 2. Uniform like carrying sling bag is pathetic. 3.Incentive scale is good but the policy mostly tend to deduct them otherwise. 4. They provide you extra leaves in numbers only but you can't take them on your own, you have to go for approval process which mostly gets rejected. Not only that the most funny part is that in national holidays and festivals when you take leave are the most important days for them so in those day you can't take leave even if you have one, instead they will give you comp off which is again a number in your leave bank. 5. You have to join job everyday in time not even a single millisecond late but your closing time is decided by your store manager and area manager which can extend til 1 or 2 hours it's upto them. 6. I an very ashamed to say that they dont celebrate INDEPENDENCE DAY. Independence day is only celebrated in buisness aspects by providing offers to customer. Nither do they decorate their stores nor do the allow their staffs to do something in respect to that.
