This is pathetic organization to work always try to cut the salary Has not given any benefit in covid time all employees were at stores then after they have not paid full salary deducted 20% salary in tuff time . CEO Piyush Bansal making money but employees are not at all happy very long shifts timing

Never suggest anybody to work here, company has no job security has no good work culture plus they dont pay you enough the new software TrueIn they are using sucks. No work life support you will get a call on your weekoffs to work as well

1.Less salary package. 2. No increaments. 3. Change incentive pattern every 3 months. 4. Too much work load. 5. Hiring wrong team member. 6. No value for your work. 7. Too much politics. 8. No future. 9. Wrong product knowledge. 10. Too much deductions. I work here for 4 years and it's totally wasted. I joined as a sales and promoted as manager after 3 years. Which I try from 1 year very lengthy process. And I got 350 rupees in my first appraisal and 3 years no increament after that I got 1500 rupees appraisal. Then I left this organisation. Totally waste of time .

...pakwan never give a single sweet box on Diwali occasion or any other occasions .You do your best but not providing 100% salary now as well ..senior staff not at all supportive and cooperative this is just like you are working in lala ki shop and the owner is like Hitler who just work in his own way never take the advice or suggestions from their employees they do lot of partailties in old staff and in new staff . More irritating this if you promot that is not the promotion that is like your demotion only your responsibility become huge but salary nothing or if they increase they just cut as a variable amount .. And if you say about you in the company then you are really a enemy for company They do not provide the basic facilities at their stores even do not have the washrooms do not have the backroom can't take the proper lunch . They do not have the proper staffs at store managers do all the thing's Manger work as well as sales executive work Can't take the rest on your week offs ..

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address the issues This is not the good place to work . Creat lot of pressure on stores manager and lot of sops which changes frequently there is no flexibility in job timing. And Company's HR what we say about them they are not bothered to retain any employee whether you are new in the Company or how old .

One of the worst company don't go there. Always cut the salary no support from seniors and unlimited pressure. Piyush bansal can give money to others but do not give proper salaries to their employees.
