It’s my first job . I was very excited to work there . Working atmosphere was very good very friendly team I got. Supportive area managers and store staffs . Updated billing system.

Salary was very less they will pay fresher and experienced both almost same salary.

1. In this company there is no Work life balance, you have to work more than assigned time which is 9 hrs and there is no extra pay for any overtime but hey will cut your half day salary if you come late by 15 mins also. 2. New Area managers are pathetic they don't anything they only shout like dogs they don't know the what is the exact scenario in the stores they want only sales. our area manager is VIPIN PARIHAR who is very dumb. Every one has to learn from Arindam Saha, he's the best area manager but now he left hyderabad. 3. They don't respect the employees they make us to clean the floors and dusting of the store every person have the self respect which we have to put aside if you want work here, just want to save the housekeeping money 4. Trainers also don't know anything about store situation and they just want to point out the mistakes of the staff just to showoff to the higher management for eg. once i was drinking water then only he came and telling me to why are not wearing mask? i said i was drinking still he is not listening. his name is AZIZ. he don't how to handle a customer practically still he is the trainer. 5.They congratulate the hyderabad lenskart for achieving highest ever sales still they cut the salaries. they are taking the advantage of the situation they don't have any right to exploit the workers. 6. whenever you buy some thing from the lenskart mainly progressive lenses ask them the certificate which they don't have, they have four designs in progressive lenses of different prices low to high ... ask them show the physical difference of the that designs.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
