I love to work with Lenskart I am having 6uears + experience After joining compant store they given me offer letter of 20k when you get you 1st salary I was shocked I just got 15k with incentive . That was shocking movement . Not any help from manager ' area manager /zonal manager .and HR. Once you joint the company you get stuck . And there no any help during pandemic and toucher by manager and area manager threating regarding job .I worked in company store for 9 months it'was worst experience I ever had in my life . I worked in Lenskart franchise Store 4.5 years I was great experience good incentive plan and owner was also good . End of the day we were getting good salary .

Very bad company they 50%salary reduce in covid19 and still not resume 100%salary

The top managment was go in poliyo They don't understand employee problem they chating in inventive policy and salary till naw I am getting 50%salary they told me corona is still running.

No support No growth They will cut your salary shink part even after it's mistake of backend an AOM worst experience even at time of FNF they will cut your salary If u r from Optical background n u want earn more money n switch your career to retail then u can join 0 experience will be added to your Optical field

Frequent shuffling of stores. Baised and unprofessional behaviour from AOM. Partiality and politics prevails within the cluster. If you are not a big Jalra then you have to suffer. All your efforts will not get unnoticed and will not be appreciated and your growth will be stopped by the AOM by giving bad remarks to the organisation. If you are a female employee then you can survive here, you will get all privilege by being nice to the AOM. Very cheap mentality.
