...If we don't do late appointments they'll cut RS-350/ from your per appointment! Too much salary deductions! You never even get full in hand salary always 20% cut through their own mistakes and management!

Lenskart has no Regard for your personal life. They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working for 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth. They keep saying "what have you done?" There is no appreciation for the store manager or salespeople. They only appreciate optometrists because they think that without optometrists, they can't run the store, but they believe the store can easily run without salespeople and managers.
