I like this company was salary on date credit in Account and probably emergency leave at any time.

Not doubt was company is really good and upper management like starts from Director level was working very well but lower management like Sr.maneger and manager performance not satisfactory they couldn't have any sense they always talking likes foolish topic and our home affairs. I was work in Nagpur_khapri _gw my designation was GC or Field executive I was work at more than 13 months I am always asking for myself why I am still here and working for those people's they can't understand our responsibility and company's policies. And many of onrolls like come to office and seating a chair complete 9 hours and go back to home and work 0% and output for company 0% this type of people's making company reputation slaying down and destroy. And many of things I have told but and stop . Thanks 😊

Full support fully enjoy able job ,have more fun with team , salary on time payment.bonus also good .who are uneducated and who only passed or fail out tenth have best job ...who waiting for job also delhivery is the best flatform.to join .

Only thing is it's not about company wrong I say every company is in business mind set only it could be better if company is focus on little bit make money high on agent worker.or pay some more salary .as every delivery company is paying same in the starting but please focus on start salary from 12k take home could better as we don't get any thing in 10k.so not only delhivery company all over logistics company am saying.thats it

Management sirf bolti hai ki appraisal mein badhayenge 5 saal ho gaya ye line sunke lekin 3% hi badhaya har baaar. ye performance wali baat to sirf goli dene ke liye hai...

Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.

Work life balance for TL,Alt totally damage health because there was single person can handle entire day which was 5:30 to 8-9 pm. And continuously depression.
