... on GH,RH. No bonus, no incentive. This is standard of Optometrist in Lenskart I have joined this company for salary, but they offer low salary to Optometrist, then after sometime i had leave this company and working in hospital, there less knowledge for optometrist related to opticals only. it better to work on local optical or other companies like gkb, Coolwinks, titan, gangar eyenation etc Every month there is salary issue, give them a proof of weekoff, leave, working days in 15 days, I still not get this why Lenskart sales trainer and other senior say Lenskart selling eyeglasses in affordable prices. But the reality is that other eyewear companies are selling better product than them in less prices and they doesn't compromise with their quality too as compared to Lenskart. Its a genuine experience of mine that hopefully sharing here so that who will look here they will realise Work culture- is full of tension, they always telling us focusing on selling more Daily they are blaming us for their low nps work performance , Its a genuine advice for optometrist I had leave this company recently because i have frustrated in my work,. 10 hours working, selling, housekeeping, cleaning, low salary and even they deduct my salary many times

Nothing to like, worst company ever, no culture, no safety in terms of labours and every bad salary for labours and working staff, very bad production and coordination between departments.

Lenskart has no Regard for your personal life. They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working for 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth. They keep saying "what have you done?" There is no appreciation for the store manager or salespeople. They only appreciate optometrists because they think that without optometrists, they can't run the store, but they believe the store can easily run without salespeople and managers.
