Management problem Big mistake I have join lenskart My role was Sales excutive but they have not disclose that in your payslip or offer letter,, you will get trouble to get new job for this Thay will not do any help if you face any kind of other problem like I have a problem with my bank account that haven't changed my salary acc ,, I have to leave my job for this small resion Also thay will suffer you for getting your fnf sattlement, thay not give you last month salary,,

I working in lenskart 1 years Not good salary's Not good incentive .1 years I working in lenskart I take one time incentive in 1 years My individual target is 7 lakh hi achieve 9 lakh and 8 lakh .nothing get insective Lenskart CTC 235000 5 year experience in retail I currently working in another company I currently ctc 320000 I'm now very happy to working another company

I working in lenskart 1 years Not good salary Not good incentive And stock decision in your salary and incentive I pay own amount 5000 I do repair some braked append after then managers say you pay 5 000 after the manager I say please do help sir like after then managers say I do not do any help you talk with . area manager does guy also say sorry your mistake this is you only pay 5000 . monthly salary is only 15500

Nothing to be liked about Lenskart work culture is worst and depressing

Dislikes

They don’t give proper salary and no job security and they violates government rule of 48 hours of work per week They make us work 54 hours a week
