Very good organization in terms of Work culture , work life balance, compensation and other stuffs. But in case of Carrier growth and Learning and development it's definitely not a good one. I worked in finance department. My view is on finance team .

Do not join if you are looking for growth. This organization is for unethical people looking for a relaxed environment and constant money flow. But many young talent's life is disturbed by misleading career paths and poor management. Especially don't join the finance department. It lacks common sense among finance managers and their competition for getting the next role ruined the whole environment in the last couple of yrs.
