before lockdown company was giving good salary when they were hiring people, however now company is just cutting cost on every level.

I really enjoyed working in this company because the employees of the company and our seniors treat us very well and no matter how much work there is, there is no problem in doing it and every month or two there are activities or we get some entertainment and the mind gets refreshed due to which it feels good to work.

Dislikes

I gained some great experience in this role, but the nature of the company doesn't leave much room for trying out new strategies and ideas. I'm always open to trying new things and learning new skills, so I was surprised when I saw that innovation was listed as a key component in the job description for this position.
