...ciated with, makes their employees work 2 sundays with no overtime compensation. Pays less salary then the market. Also managers threaten their juniors with appraisal in topic if they ask for their well deserved leaves.

..., you have to work even on Sundays. No public holiday , no other leaves allowed. 2* your variable pay is totally dependent upon your manager, if they offer you INR X , you will get x/4. 3. Unlimited work hours, so if you don’t have any other work , no hobby , no family, and you only aim or you can say , if you are born to grow this company, only join then. 4. Worst politics , no clear responsiblities, no proper work guidelines, no proper process training , and lot of arrogance in every staff. 5. Anytime they can ask you to leave Organization, no matter since how long you are working here. 6. Currently company is on cost cutting , so you can imagine the appraisals.

nothing , this company is only good for dumb people and who don't want any growth and who just want to do timepass by exploiting others careers

...tings as well , it would be very difficult for others to understand no initiatives from tech leadership to improve the existing systems very less hikes saying dumb and illogical reasons and no variable bonus payments as well dumb tech leads who don't even know how to write code , how to debug . they are here to micromanage and for timepass finally it's not even a tech company , it's operations company

They don't have proper LMS , all reports are maintaining in excel and the excel files are very heavy for work because of that your 10mins work will take 100mins for completing
